My Background
My path to coaching wasn't a straight line — it was a journey of paying attention. Over more than twenty years in business, first guiding travellers and later guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives in real estate, I kept noticing the same thing: people don't just need answers, they need someone who genuinely understands what they're trying to get to, and who will walk alongside them until they get there.
It was during a period of real change in my own life that I discovered Stoic philosophy, and it reshaped how I think about growth. The Stoics believed that we can't control everything that happens to us, but we always have power over how we respond — and that real strength comes not from avoiding hardship, but from meeting it with clarity, discipline and calm. That idea became the foundation of how I coach. I'm not here to tell you life won't have storms. I'm here to help you find your footing in them, and steer your own course forward.
I genuinely love working with people. I'm warm, open and approachable, but I'm also not afraid to have honest conversations about what needs to change. There's never any hidden agenda — just straight-up support and practical guidance, grounded in the same clarity and steadiness the Stoics wrote about over two thousand years ago.
I see coaching as a team effort, not something I do to you but something we do together. You bring the lived experience of your own life — nobody knows it better than you. I bring an outside perspective, honest questions, and a steady hand to help you make sense of it. We show up for each session as equals, working through what's really going on with respect, a sense of humour, and enough calm that the hard conversations don't feel so hard. My goal is simple: to help you feel in control, reduce unnecessary stress, and move toward the life you really want. One life. Make it count. No regrets.
